WhatsApp recently launched WhatsApp for Web that lets users use WhatsApp on PC from web.whatsapp.com,
Limitations:
- It is only possible to use this feature in Browser.
- One time synchronization is needed between PC and Mobile.
- Mobile is needed to be connected to Internet while using WhatsApp Web.
WhatsApp on PC
However WhatsApp can be Permanently used on PC without even having an Android/iOS mobile with you.The possible way is installing Third party softwares on your PC that allow you run WhatsApp Android Version on PC(Even all Android Apps).

With BlueStacks,you can run all the Android Apps,right on your Bigger Screen.
However you may feel Bluestacks makes your PC a little Slower.
